Elektron

Elektron is a Swedish electronic musical instrument manufacturer founded in 1998. Its range includes hardware synthesizers, drum machines and samplers, alongside accessories such as cables, power supplies and protective covers. Its instruments are used for electronic music production and live performance.

The brand is known for combining sound generation or sampling with integrated step sequencers. A characteristic feature of its sequencing approach is parameter locks, which allow sound settings to change on individual steps. Its range spans analogue instruments such as the Analog Four MKII and Analog Rytm MKII, digital synthesis instruments including Model:Cycles and Digitone II, and sampling instruments such as Digitakt II. Syntakt combines analogue and digital sound generation.

MyGear currently lists 19 Elektron products in stock at partner retailers, priced from £13 to £1,487 across synthesizers, cables, and cases and bags. This range covers low-cost accessories through to higher-priced hardware instruments, rather than representing instrument prices alone. MyGear documents Anyma among artists using Elektron equipment.
