Sadowsky

Sadowsky is an American instrument brand founded in 1979 by luthier Roger Sadowsky. It makes electric basses and guitars alongside strings, onboard electronics and instrument-care products. The brand is particularly known for its bass guitars and active preamp systems.

Sadowsky occupies the specialist and premium instrument market, while its strings and care products provide lower-cost entries to the range. Its MetroExpress line offers a more affordable alternative to its higher-priced instruments, including Hybrid P/J basses in fretted, fretless and left-handed configurations.
