Toa

TOA is a Japanese manufacturer of professional audio and public-address equipment, founded in 1934. Its range includes microphones, amplifiers, loudspeakers, megaphones and voice evacuation systems. The brand is known for speech reinforcement and installed sound in public buildings, transport facilities, educational settings and commercial premises.

The TOA selection on MyGear focuses on portable voice amplification, with 13 products currently available from partner retailers at prices from £70 to £335. Listed within the live microphones category, these products include handheld and shoulder megaphones rather than a representative cross-section of TOA’s wider installed-audio range. Models include the ER-520 and ER-1215, alongside variants equipped with sirens, whistles or separate coil-cord microphones. This places the listed range in practical public-address equipment for announcements and event coordination.
