Trantec

Trantec is a British brand specialising in wireless microphone systems for live sound and presentation. Its range includes handheld wireless microphones, lavalier and headworn microphones, receivers and rackmounted multi-channel systems. The S4.1 and S5.5 ranges are prominent in its catalogue, alongside microphones such as the X2 lavalier and SJ23 headworn model.

The brand's offering spans individual microphones through to larger wireless installations. Products listed by MyGear range from £27 to £4,900, covering both lower-cost components and complete multi-channel rack systems. Examples include the S4.1 six-way rackmounted receiver and S5.5 configurations with four, eight, ten or twelve channels. This breadth makes rack-based wireless microphone setups a distinctive part of Trantec's range, rather than its catalogue being limited to standalone microphone-and-receiver packages.
