The Bass Plate 20" Docking Plate allows you to get the best out of your bass drum. Designed by Nicholas Burns the Bass Plate revolutionises the age-old rigid fit between your bass drum and pedal allowing for more complete sounds and greater positioning options. By separating the kick pedal from your bass drums hoop the Bass Plate offers drummers new possibilities in terms of both tone and control. Since conventional pedal-to-hoop clamping can drastically reduce your bass drums resonance the Bass Plates patented design frees the pedal from the hoop restoring the natural fullness of your kick drums sound. It also allows for shifts in playing position better tailored to your own physical preferences and requirements. Liberate your bass drum once and for all.
