The Big Fat Snare Drum "Green Monster" 14" Drum Dampener is the perfect way to effortlessly transform the sound of your 14 snare into your own vintage 70s inspired snare sound and feel. The dampener eliminates the need for other dampening gels rings or felts by lowering the fundamental pitch of the drum without the inconvenience of unnecessary items on your drums surface. The dampener employs a thumb cut out for easy removal during your performance so you can instantly switch between snare sounds. A rubberised gasket provides weight balance and stability ensuring consistent dampening throughout your sessions. Never before has it been so easy to receive that authentic deep and warm tone that all drummers know and love. Simply place the dampener on top of your current skin for instant results.
