Available from Gear4Music at 2.745,79 €.

The Buffet BC4161 Prodige Oboe is designed for new players using the thumbplate system commonly preferred in the UK. This model focuses on making the learning journey more consistent and comfortable with improved airflow and tonal balance across registers. The thumbplate system layout helps students adapt quickly to common school or exam requirements while the hybrid construction - grenadilla body with resin-lined bore - offers the warmth of wood with protection from cracking. This Oboe also comes complete with a little hands kit for precise finger placement. This kit consists of small discs that fit onto the keys of the oboe to make the keys easier to reach especially for players with smaller hands. Its an ideal choice for those starting lessons or playing in youth ensembles delivering professional-like tone with student-focused ease of use.
