Available from Gear4Music at 375,12 €.

The iCON UFO Class A Discrete Tube Microphone Preamplifier is built for creators seeking flexible studio tone shaping and low-noise recording performance. Its swappable tube design gives you four distinct sonic characters straight out of the box making it easy to tailor recordings for vocals guitars bass synths and acoustic instruments. The included Electro-Harmonix and Sovtek tubes each offer their own response ranging from clean transparency to rich vintage saturation. Inside the UFO high-grade discrete circuitry and zero ICs help preserve detail while keeping unwanted noise low. A balanced transistor amplification stage supports strong signal integrity and the external power supply helps minimise interference in busy studio environments. With up to 68dB of gain alongside a 131dB dynamic range the UFO adapts comfortably to different microphones and instruments. Its illuminated tube display and vintage-style VU meter also give the preamp a distinctive studio presence while keeping monitoring simple and direct.
