LP Exotic Hardwood African Clave

Available from Gear4Music at 45,74 €.

With its kiln-dried hardwood construction - whereby the wood moisture content is minimised - the LP Exotic Hardwood African Clave benefits from rich tones with excellent projection while its hollowed sound chamber produces much broader darker tones than a standard clave. Predominantly used to form the rhythmic basis for much of Latin music claves are comprised of two sticks that produce a sharp cracking sound when the clave is struck with the striker.
