The LP Giovanni Palladium 12 1/2 Tumba is designed with master percussionist Giovanni Hidalgo ensuring sublime quality in sound authenticity aesthetics and playability. The Giovanni Palladium Tumba features a 3-ply North American ash construction to provide a commanding bass tone rich mid-tones and crackling highs with impressive projection. The exterior chrome belly bands harken back to the days of New Yorks famous Palladium Ballroom which was the epicentre of Latin music in the mid-1900s. The head is made from natural rawhide skin and is reinforced by the Extended Comfort Curve II hoops. This helps to create slapping tones when played and ensures reliable and consistent tuning every time you play. The Giovanni Palladium Tumba is perfect for gigging percussionists due to its extreme durability. This guarantees that the drum will sound great for years to come – make the LP Giovanni Palladium your destination in conga playing.
