The Pirastro Chorda Cello String Set are suited to both modern and traditional musicians. The gut core has a naturally soft sound with comfortable playability. The A and D string are left unwound whilst the C and G strings are silver plated to reduce their diameter and improve playability. The strings have been matched to offer a rich and textured sound for baroque instruments. The C and G strings feature a knot end whilst the A and D strings are open ended.
