Pirastro Permanent Orchestra Double Bass E String 2.1m

Available from Gear4Music at 128,18 €.

Pirastro Permanent double bass strings offer a clear and focused sound that is well suited to arco and soloistic playing. The rope core provides a quick bow response with a large amount of volume and projection. A large volume is perfect for soloists who often want to counteract the naturally quieter sound of the bass. These materials also result in exceptional tuning stability and a quick play-in time. The metal construction also makes these suitable for electric double basses which use magnetic pickups.
