The Sela 8 Crystal Singing Bowl 440Hz Note B is ideal for musicians sound therapists and anyone looking to enhance their meditation or relaxation routine. Its frosted quartz crystal body creates strong spherical tones that last significantly longer than traditional metal bowls. Tuned to concert pitch B it blends easily with other instruments in Western music setups. Thanks to its rough-textured finish and included silicone ring the bowl remains stable while vibrating fully allowing for deep clear resonance. The included mallet with a comfortable schima wood handle and soft rubber head lets you strike or rub the bowl to produce a variety of tones making it highly adaptable to different practices and preferences.
