Sela Ion for Iconic Cajon Turkish

Available from Gear4Music at 88,19 €.

The Sela Ion for Iconic Cajon Turkish is a great match for players who want a sensitive high-projection top that responds beautifully to detailed hand work. Its synthetic green playing surface keeps its tension in changing humidity giving you a consistent feel wherever you play. Because this material is naturally light its worth keeping it clear of sharp objects but that same lightness is what makes it so responsive youll notice bright highs and punchy mids the moment you strike it.Installation is straightforward: loosen the eight screws on your Cajon drop the ion into place then tighten again using the supplied Allen key. You can also shape the tone by adjusting the screw tension in small steps until it feels right for you (just avoid leaving it too loose). Its especially suited to Turkish playing techniques though it happily adapts to a wide range of styles.
