Stand out in your ensemble. The Stagg Marching Bass Drum is the perfect instrument to command attention in marching ensembles. The basswood shell provides a heavy thud on impact followed by a quick sustain. The die-cast steel lugs allow for accurate tuning with a drum key included to fine-tune your sound. The use of the steel-lugs also helps keep the drum in tune for long playing periods. These are achievable thanks to the lightweight design of the bass drum. This allows the included strap to support the bass drum when playing. The combination of all these features makes the bass drum extremely versatile suited to a brass band marching or orchestral applications.
