The Thomastik Rondo Violin E String will give your instrument an ideal balance of warmth and brilliance. A carbon-steel core with a tin-wound exterior grants the perfect amount of high-frequency content for a gloriously sonorous tone with an extremely sweet presence. When combined with either of the Thomastik Rondo A-strings it picks up part of their character - acquiring more warmth with the aluminium-wound A-string or more brilliance with the chrome-wound A-string. Thomastiks Rondo range of strings has been designed specifically for advanced and sophisticated violinists. Manufactured to a discerning standard in Austria they deliver a highly expressive dynamic range with rich projection and a balanced overall tone. Youll find a particularly strong focus and tonal intensity with these strings resulting in a refined and mature character in the sound. Rondo strings are ideal for soloists and work particularly well on older vintage instruments.
