Vandoren Reeds Synthetic VK1 Bass Clarinet 35

Available from Gear4Music at 44,10 €.

The Vandoren Reeds Synthetic VK1 Bass Clarinet 35 is designed for bass clarinet players needing reliable consistent performance across rehearsals practice and performance settings. Built from a composite fibre material developed over seven years it recreates the essential physical behaviour of cane rather than copying its structure. This means you get familiar response articulation and projection without the variability that comes with natural reeds. Thanks to its moisture-resistant and rot-proof properties the VK1 stays stable even after long sessions or drying out between plays. Theres no soaking or breaking-in required either — just take it out of the packaging and play. Durability is another plus with the reed lasting significantly longer than cane while maintaining consistent strength and tone. Made in France and fully recyclable the VK1 also meets strict EU safety standards and is hypoallergenic making it a practical long-term option for regular players.
