Tight defined strokes. The Vic Firth Tom Gauger Ultra Staccato Bass Drum Mallet features a wood core with a chamois cover for articulate strokes and maximum clarity. Vic Firths bass drum mallet combines a seamless round felt head with a tapered maple handle. This provides a deep dark sound while maintaining a lightweight feel.
