Available from Gear4Music at 83,49 €.

The Yamaha Keiko Abe Signature MKAW-01 Yarn Wound Mallets Two-Tone are crafted for players seeking refined tonal versatility and expressive range. Designed with Keiko Abe these mallets feature a dual-core yarn-wound head that produces two distinct tone colours depending on striking angle. This offers both warm resonance and articulate brightness. The long birch shaft provides comfort and balance supporting detailed phrasing across the full marimba range. Their heavier construction allows the tone bars to resonate fully producing rich overtones and a natural sustain ideal for professional performance. With outstanding control and dynamic range the MKAW-01 mallets are perfect for demanding solo and ensemble repertoire delivering both nuance and power in equal measure.
