Yamaha Keiko Abe Signature MKAW-08 Yarn Wound Mallets Very Soft

Available from Gear4Music at 85,84 €.

The Yamaha Keiko Abe Signature MKAW-08 Yarn Wound Mallets are made for advanced marimba players seeking rich tone and control across the lowest range of the instrument. Developed with Keiko Abe these very soft mallets feature large yarn-wound heads that allow low notes to bloom with clarity and depth. Their dual-core design wrapped in a 2mm rubber tube enhances responsiveness and helps capture the subtle details of your playing. The birch shaft provides stability and balance keeping the mallet comfortable and controllable during extended passages. With a slightly longer reach and carefully weighted design the MKAW-08 delivers a smooth full-bodied sound thats perfect for expressive solo repertoire and dynamic ensemble playing where soft yet defined tones are needed.
