Yamaha Neo Cornet Mouthpiece 17B Small Shank

Available from Gear4Music at 70,38 €.

The Yamaha Neo Cornet Mouthpiece 17B is suited to advanced brass band players who want added freedom clarity and control. Featuring a slightly larger inner rim diameter than the 16B4 model it gives you more room to manoeuvre making technical passages feel less restricted while supporting a confident playing style.A semi-shallow cup helps keep your tone bright and focused so soprano cornet lines remain clear within the band. At the same time the carefully balanced design ensures a steady reliable feel across the instrument?s range. Yamaha?s specialised Neo heat treatment also plays a key role helping you achieve a warmer more rounded sound without losing that essential brilliance. Combined with a responsive throat and backbore this mouthpiece supports quick articulation and smooth airflow for precise expressive playing.
