Built like a brick house. The Yamaha TRBX505 will take any performance in its stride blasting out beefy basslines nonstop. Its muscular tone comes from two powerful YGD H5 Alnico V pickups which have a superbly clear defined voicing and a wide tonal range. And the playability is exceptional too with a sleek maple and mahogany neck for tight fluid manoeuvrability. The cutaway shape allows you to reach the upper frets without trouble - ideal for on-the-fly bass solos. And a rosewood fretboard completes the show offering tonnes of sustain and smoothness.
