The Yamaha YCR2610SIII Student Soprano Cornet Silver is designed for precision projection and clarity. This model from Yamahas student series is ideal for brass groups with a warm tone well-suited for blending with ensembles and a wide dynamic range allowing the perfect delivery of solos. Featuring a medium-large bore size for a powerful commanding tone and a yellow-brass bell for a warm dark timbre the YCR-2610SIII makes for a fantastic sounding instrument. A gorgeous silver-plated finish gives the instrument a nuanced sound and the two-piece yellow brass bell blows freely with rich wide-ranging colour. Expertly designed and manufactured valves and casings give this cornet effortless playability. Yamaha set out to build a student Eb cornet which is capable of playing alongside performance models making this an instrument that will keep you satisfied for years to come.
