Developed alongside internationally renowned trumpet artist Eric Miyashiro this updated EM model reworks the original design with refined valve casing construction a redesigned leadpipe and carefully adjusted components for improved response across the instrument.The step bore design helps maintain a smooth balanced feel whether valves are open or used in combination making technical passages feel more consistent and controlled. A large one-piece yellow brass bell produces strong projection with quick response while Yamahas French bead and side seam construction encourage a more open resonant playing feel. Phosphor bronze bottom caps and slide components further shape the sound adding brilliance in the upper register alongside richer harmonic detail through the middle range. The included TR-EM1-MK2 mouthpiece and dedicated semi-soft case complete a setup designed for demanding rehearsals live performance and touring use.
