Boss Katana Go with Case vs Ahead Armor 24 x 16 Bass Drum Case: which should I buy?

Answered by Roadie
Buy the Boss Katana Go with Case for guitar or bass headphone practice; choose the Ahead Armor 24 x 16 Bass Drum Case if you need a case for a matching bass drum. They serve completely different jobs.
The Boss Katana Go is a headphone amp for guitar and bass, supplied here with a case. If your aim is to practise through headphones, it’s the relevant choice. The best new price provided is £110.
The Ahead Armor is a bass drum case in a 24 x 16 size, with a best new price provided of £176. Choose it if you need to carry or store your bass drum, and check your drum’s dimensions before buying.
This isn’t a better-or-worse comparison: one is for practising, the other for transporting a drum. Buy for the job you need done, rather than the price difference.
