Ashdown

Ashdown is a British music-equipment brand founded in 1997, best known for bass amplification. Its range also includes guitar amplifiers, speaker cabinets, effects pedals and bass guitars. Analogue-style VU meters are a recognisable feature of many of its amplifier designs.

The Ashdown selection currently available through MyGear’s partner retailers comprises 18 in-stock products priced from £59 to £299. This selection sits at the affordable end of the gear market, spanning compact practice amplifiers, guitar amp heads and cabinets, bass guitars and effects. These prices describe the current retailer selection rather than Ashdown’s full range.

Products in the selection include the Studio 8 and Studio 4 bass combos, the Killer Tone KT-30FX guitar combo and the SX-112F guitar speaker cabinet. The Lomenzo Mega Drive and Stuart Zender Funk Face pedals reflect the brand’s focus on bass effects, while its Saint bass guitars extend the range beyond amplification.
