The story

Gretsch Drums is an American drum brand with origins dating to 1883. It is known principally for acoustic drum kits and snare drums, with a long-established presence in jazz and rock. Its range includes the Energy, Catalina, Renown, Brooklyn and USA Custom series, alongside drum hardware and protective bags.

The brand spans entry-level kits through to professional instruments. Energy packages include options supplied with hardware and cymbals, while Catalina and Renown offer shell packs in several sizes and finishes. Brooklyn and USA Custom occupy the upper end of the range. Maple kits are a prominent part of the catalogue, alongside specialist snares such as the aluminium Full Range Grand Prix.

MyGear currently lists 273 Gretsch Drums products in stock at partner retailers, priced from £11 to £4,995. This spread covers accessories and individual components as well as complete kits and higher-priced shell packs. Listed examples include Catalina Maple seven-piece shell packs, Renown floor toms, Brooklyn shell packs, kick drum pedals and padded bass drum bags.
