Laney

Laney is a British amplification brand founded in 1967 by Lyndon Laney. Its range includes electric and acoustic guitar amplifiers, bass amplifiers, speaker cabinets and effects pedals. The brand is particularly associated with rock and heavy metal amplification, including its long-standing connection with Black Sabbath guitarist Tony Iommi.

Its products span compact practice amplifiers through to separate amplifier heads and cabinets for rehearsal and stage use. The range includes the CUB guitar amplifiers, Ironheart high-gain amplifiers, Digbeth bass equipment and A-Duo acoustic amplifier. Black Country Customs products also cover effects and bass processing, including the Custard Factory bass compressor and Nathan East Digbeth preamp pedal.
