Nord

Nord is a Swedish keyboard brand made by Clavia, producing stage pianos, synthesizers and keyboards that combine piano, organ and synthesizer sounds. Its instruments are widely recognised by their red finish. Established product families include Nord Stage, Nord Electro, Nord Piano, Nord Grand and Nord Lead.

The brand is known for performance-focused keyboards with dedicated panel controls, sampled acoustic and electric pianos, and tonewheel organ emulations. The Nord Lead family is also closely associated with virtual analogue synthesis. Different ranges serve different priorities, from the combined sound sections of Nord Stage instruments to the piano-centred design of Nord Grand models.

Nord sits towards the premium end of the performance-keyboard market. MyGear currently lists 35 products in stock at partner retailers, priced from €42 to €4,558, spanning instruments and accessories rather than keyboards alone. Alongside stage pianos and synthesizers, the range includes sustain and expression pedals, keyboard stands, music stands, cases and bags.
