NUGEN Audio

NUGEN Audio is a British developer of audio software for music production, broadcast and post-production. Its range includes loudness metering and correction, limiting, surround and immersive audio upmixing, convolution reverb and automated file-based processing.

The brand is particularly associated with loudness management and multichannel audio workflows. LoudnessToolkit brings together tools for measuring and controlling programme loudness, while ISL provides true-peak limiting. Halo Upmix handles conversion from stereo to surround formats, with an optional extension for immersive audio. Other products include the Paragon convolution reverb and AMB, a modular batch-processing system with options for loudness processing, dynamic adaptation and Dolby E workflows.

Products listed by MyGear range from £50 to £1,499, spanning extensions and processing modules through to larger software packages. This places the catalogue primarily in the specialist professional software market, serving both individual audio engineers and facilities working on broadcast and post-production projects.
