Tascam

Tascam is a Japanese audio-equipment brand within TEAC, producing recording, mixing and playback equipment. Its range includes portable audio recorders, USB audio interfaces, mixers, microphones and media players, alongside controllers, cables and protective accessories. These products serve home studios, location recording, filmmaking, live sound and installed-audio systems.

The brand is particularly known for its role in home multitrack recording through the Portastudio range, which combined mixing and recording in a compact unit.
