UFIP

UFIP is an Italian cymbal manufacturer established in 1931. Its range includes hi-hats, rides, crashes, splashes, china cymbals and other effects cymbals, with series including Class, Natural, Bionic and Supernova.

The brand is known for its Rotocasting process, which uses centrifugal force to cast cymbal blanks. This manufacturing method is a distinguishing feature of UFIP's cymbal production, alongside traditional processes such as hammering and lathing.

MyGear currently lists 152 UFIP products in stock at partner retailers, priced from £72 to £506. This selection spans lower-priced effects cymbals through to higher-priced rides and hi-hats, placing the listed range across several price tiers within the specialist cymbal market. Examples include the Class Series 14-inch Light Hi Hat, Natural Series 21-inch Light Ride and Effects Dry Splash models.
