The DAddario EXL120-8 8-String Electric Guitar Strings Super Light 9-65 are built for players needing a bright responsive tone across a wide pitch range. Designed specifically for 8-string guitars tuned to F# on the low end they combine clarity and flexibility for modern styles and extended range techniques. This set starts with the familiar EXL120-7 configuration and adds a wound .065 string for that extra low-end depth. Nickel-plated steel is used for its durability and bright tonal character while the hex-core construction helps deliver consistent tuning and long-lasting intonation. These strings are packed using DAddarios environmentally friendly packaging which helps resist corrosion and reduces waste.
