The Sabian AAX 9 Maxx Splash V2 is designed for drummers who want sharp cutting accents with plenty of projection. Created in collaboration with Mike Portnoy this splash cymbal features a large raw bell that boosts volume and clarity ensuring every hit stands out in the mix.Its unique shape allows for a quick attack and fast decay making it ideal for rapid articulate playing. Unlike traditional splashes it lacks a strong fundamental pitch providing a more complex and textured sound that blends well in various musical settings.
