The Sela 11 Green Crystal Singing Bowl is ideal for meditation sound therapy and chakra alignment especially suited to those working with heart-centred practices. Tuned to the note F and aligned with the heart chakra it emits a clear resonant tone designed to support emotional balance and calm. Its 432 Hz tuning offers a gentler more relaxing alternative to standard 440 Hz tuning although its best used solo or with other 432 Hz instruments.Made from frosted quartz crystal this bowl combines strong resonance with a modern smooth design featuring a green colour gradient. The included silicone ring ensures stability during use while the rubber-headed mallet allows both striking and rubbing techniques for varied sound textures.
