The Vandoren T6L V16 Tenor Saxophone Mouthpiece Metal is suited to jazz saxophonists wanting warmth flexibility and a broad tonal response. Built from "Bell Metal" brass and finished with 24k gold plating it produces a rich open sound that works well in both solo and ensemble settings. The medium T6 tip opening balances control with expressive freedom giving you room to shape your phrasing naturally.A long facing provides a comfortable responsive feel under the fingers especially when paired with Vandoren JAVA or ZZ size 3 reeds. Whether you?re playing in a small jazz combo rehearsing at home or performing live the V16 design offers reliable articulation with an open full-bodied character. Made in France this mouthpiece uses the original V16 large chamber design for a warm rounded sound with excellent depth.
