Vic Firth Tim Genis Hard Tonal Timpani Mallets

Available from Gear4Music at €97.59.

Harder than the GEN5. More immediate attack. The Vic Firth Tim Genis Hard Tonal Timpani Mallets retain a dark quality while achieving poignant articulation. Featuring a wood core with a firmer inner wrap and thinner outer wrap you can expect a quicker and louder attack than the GEN5. It still retains tonal character though. This is a great pair of mallets for pieces that require a more pointed attack.
