Responsive yet loud. A dark crash that doesnt compromise on volume. The 18 K Dark Crash features an explosive and cutting attack followed by a darker washy decay. The stick sound is clear and defined when playing the surface. With a beautiful buttery sound It can even be used as a ride in some situations. The initial transient is bright which is what gives the K Dark Crash the extra cut. Larger than the 17 Dark Crash you can expect more volume a darker sound and greater rideability. Made from hand-hammered B20 bronze the Zildjian 18 Dark Crash would be a great versatile option for any kit.
