The Fender American Professional Classic Mustang Bass RW in 3-Color Sunburst is a short-scale favourite that blends vintage charm with modern playability. With its 30" scale length this bass produces a warm rounded tone with plenty of punch making it a go-to for players who want a smooth and comfortable feel under the fingers. At the heart of its sound is the Coastline 70s split-coil Mustang Bass pickup delivering the depth clarity and articulation that has made this model such a classic. Add in Fenders Greasebucket tone system which lets you roll off highs without overloading the lows and you have a bass that keeps its definition no matter how you shape the sound. Playability is key with this Mustang Bass. The Modern "C" maple neck is finished in satin urethane offering a slick natural feel thats easy on the hand during long rehearsals or gigs. A rosewood fretboard with medium jumbo frets and a 9.5" radius keeps things smooth and consistent across all 19 frets while vintage-style lollipop tuners and a 4-saddle strings-through-body bridge provide tuning stability and sustain. Supplied with a gig bag the American Professional Classic Mustang Bass is ready for stage studio and beyond straight out of the box carrying forward the spirit of a true Fender icon built for todays player.
