The Gibson Everly Brothers J-180 is a striking tribute to one of rock n rolls most influential duos. With its jumbo maple body and Sitka spruce top it delivers a bold punchy tone with rich articulation. The SlimTaper mahogany neck and Indian rosewood fretboard provide smooth playability making it perfect for rhythm-heavy strumming and intricate chord work. Double tortoise moustache pickguards and mother of pearl star inlays add a touch of vintage style just like the originals played by Phil and Don Everly. Equipped with an L.R. Baggs VTC under-saddle pickup this J-180 is ready for both stage and studio offering a natural dynamic amplified tone. A bone nut and saddle TUSQ bridge pins and Grover Rotomatic tuners ensure solid tuning stability and resonance. Finished in gloss nitrocellulose lacquer the Everly Brothers J-180 captures the essence of a legendary era while delivering modern reliability and performance.
