The Guild D-140 Cherry Burst With Bag is suited to players who want a powerful all-solid acoustic dreadnought. Built with a solid Sitka spruce top and solid African mahogany back and sides it delivers a balanced voice with clear highs defined mids and a strong low-end response. The dreadnought body shape produces plenty of projection making it useful for strumming accompaniment and solo performance.A comfortable C-shaped mahogany neck and 1.75" nut width provide an accommodating playing feel while the rosewood fingerboard offers a smooth fretting surface. Traditional details including the mother-of-pearl rosette Chesterfield headstock emblem and tortoiseshell pickguard give the guitar a distinctive vintage-inspired appearance. A bone nut and saddle help support consistent resonance and tuning performance and the included premium Guild gig bag makes travelling to rehearsals lessons and gigs easier.
