The Larsen Sovereign Cello G String is suited to solo cellists who want depth control and a defined lower register. Built with a flexible steel wire core it helps you draw out a richer more resonant low-end while keeping the response quick and manageable under the bow. The medium tension provides a balanced feel so you can move through dynamics without losing control or clarity.Finished with tungsten winding the G string adds weight and projection to your sound giving notes a darker more powerful character without becoming sluggish. It responds cleanly to articulation helping you maintain definition in both slower passages and more demanding playing. Larsen a Danish string maker develops its strings in collaboration with professional musicians focusing on dependable performance and a consistent feel you can rely on.
