The Lauten Audio LS-508 Tom Mic is ideal for drummers and engineers seeking to capture tom sounds with clarity and precision in both live and studio settings. It features a large diaphragm condenser design specifically tailored to record toms and includes a Supercardioid capsule that reduces unwanted noise and bleed from nearby cymbals. Onboard sound-shaping controls allow you to adjust attack body and tone on the fly without the need for extensive EQ work. The sturdy brass construction ensures durability while a mildew-resistant dust filter adds long-lasting protection whether in a studio or live performance setup. Its versatile positioning options and multiple high and low-cut filters make the Tom Mic adaptable to different drums and playing styles delivering a rich balanced sound every time.
