The Meinl Byzance Jazz 18 Tradition Light Crash has a balanced sound thats as much bright and cutting as it is dark and washy. The complexity of its character and wide dynamic range make it perfect in any traditional or modern jazz setting. Hand-hammered in Turkey and crafted from legendary B20 bronze alloy the Byzance Tradition Light Crash produces a crisp mid-range attack with warm whispering undertones that shimmer with your ostinato groove when riding the cymbal softly. You need not be limited to jazz with the Traditional Light Crash as its versatile enough to suit a wide range of genres. Take a listen and decide how you could use this cymbal in your own setup. Please Note: The cymbal in the image may be a different size variation than the one being sold.
