This makes it easy to build unhurried sessions where each strike or circular motion has room to unfold. Its multi-layered overtones rise gently above the low core pitch giving you a colourful spectrum of sound you can use to guide breathing encourage stillness or support massage techniques. The 12" diameter creates a comfortable surface for tapping or rubbing while the included cover and felt ring help you keep it protected and steady between uses.
