The Premier Artist 14" x 6.5" Steel Snare Drum delivers a deep punchy tone with strong low-end presence long sustain and powerful projection making it ideal for both live and studio settings. The added depth enhances resonance and dynamic range while still providing good articulation and an aggressive edge when tuned low. Steel shells are known for their bright cutting attack and consistent tone that easily cuts through mixes across various musical genres. This snare features a 24-strand snare wire that provides a crisp snappy attack with enhanced snare buzz due to increasing contact with the bottom head resulting in a brighter more pronounced snare sound. 1.5mm triple-flange drum hoops offer a more open and resonant sound that gives the drum a more natural expressive sound.
