The Premier NXT GEN Marimba Mallets Soft are designed for percussionists playing solo and ensemble repertoire. Their soft yarn heads produce warm deep tones that suit lower dynamics giving you a useful option for pieces that call for a softer response. Inside each head a gum rubber core absorbs high frequencies to bring out the fundamental tone across the marimbas mid-low register.Solid maple handles provide a lightweight yet durable feel giving you reliable control across varied performances. Each handle measures 423mm long and 8mm in diameter with a natural maple construction. Finished with light grey yarn and white detailing these mallets make a practical addition to your collection when you need warm tones and controlled dynamics for solo or ensemble playing.
