Protec VL226SP Vegan Leather 6-Point Trumpet Valve Guard Navy Blue

Available from Gear4Music at 29,40 €.

The Protec Trumpet Valve Guard is a leather grip for your Bb or C trumpet. Protecting the finish of your horn is very important as the oils and acids in your hands can be corrosive to it. Having a secure grip is also vital. This is where products like the Protec Valve Guard come in. The six points of protection preserve the lead pipe bell pipe and the 3rd valve slide in addition to the valves. The grip is made of leather and has an embedded non-porous lining which prevents moisture oils and acid from penetrating through. The leather makes this very comfortable vastly increasing the comfort you will experience when playing long sessions. The non-abrasive plush backside further protects the instruments finish from being scratched or damaged. The grip is very simple to install with just a hook and loop fastening closure.
