PRS Silver Sky Defender Sandglow Yellow Limited Edition

Available from Gear4Music at 3761,79 €.

The PRS Silver Sky Defender Limited Edition is a collaboration between PRS John Mayer and Defender bringing a range of heritage vehicle colours to the established Silver Sky design. Inspired by Mayers own Arles Blue Defender this distinctive finish is complemented by a matching painted headstock white pickguard and white control knobs. Limited to 500 guitars in this colour worldwide each instrument also features a unique neck plate inscribed with the colour name and "1 of 500". Beneath its exclusive presentation is the familiar Silver Sky specification developed around the sound feel and response of the vintage guitars that inspired John Mayer and PRS. Three 635JM single-coil pickups provide full warm vintage-inspired tones controlled by a five-way blade switch one volume and two tone controls. A maple 635 JM-R neck rosewood fretboard PRS Steel Tremolo and vintage-style locking tuners complete the specification while an ATA moulded case with a custom Defender badge provides suitably distinctive presentation.
