PSP NobleQ

Available from Gear4Music at 68,20 €.

The PSP NobleQ is an analog-style musical EQ that blends the character and tone of vintage passive EQ with the flexibility of digital active EQs. Effortlessly versatile the NobleQ features a slew of modern implementations to meet the demands of contemporary music producers mixing and mastering engineers such as an adjustable high-pass filter customisable filter-peak and the ability to switch the high-frequency EQ to both boost and attenuation modes. Delivering a warm and smooth sound thats unlike anything else the PSP NobleQ builds the architecture from the famous FAT double sampling engine thats exclusive to PSP plugins. This creates a natural and analog-style response to add in the character and vibe your in-the-box productions are missing. Where the NobleQ shines is through the immaculate tube emulation. This convincingly simulates the sound of real vacuum tubes processing your audio to imprint the sonic signature of vintage equipment and hardware. An adjustable valve character switch lets you change from valve clear and bypass modes to define the style of vacuum tube emulation and when combined with an adjustable valve dial you can create any flavour of tone you need. Lastly the output dial doesnt simply increase the output gain but instead increases the effect of analog-style saturation and harmonics to add a layer of grit and texture to your tone. Ideal for musicians producers mixing and mastering engineers the PSP NobleQ is a must-have for vintage equipment fanatics to add depth and dimension to your audio taming any potential harsh edges of digital productions.
